The Ghana Climate Vulnerability Hub is an online portal providing comprehensive, localised climate risk and vulnerability information to support adaptation planning across Ghana. Developed as part of Ghana’s National Adaptation Plan (NAP) Readiness Project, the platform integrates climate projections, GIS-based flood maps, socio-economic indicators, and environmental data into one accessible interface. Operating at national, district, and community levels, it empowers policymakers, local authorities, and sector institutions to make informed, climate-resilient decisions.
